kanQ is a verification and structuring layer for real estate data, developed by kanQ FlexCo in Vienna. kanQ verifies, cleans and structures master data and documents – AI-supported, Microsoft-based, aligned with the gif standard, GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU. It is not a new management system and does not replace an ERP.

kanQ PM is aimed at property management companies and property managers, kanQ AM at owners, asset and portfolio managers, and kanQ DD at investment managers, valuers and lenders.

What is the difference between kanQ PM, kanQ AM and kanQ DD?

kanQ PM is a guided master data project with a handover and consistency audit (contract, system, side lists, filing). kanQ AM is the data platform that brings verified data from all source systems together and makes it analysable in Power BI or via LLM. kanQ DD reads lease agreements including addenda in a structured way and delivers the active contractual basis with a source reference per value.

Where is the data processed?

Exclusively in European data centres on Microsoft Azure (Germany West Central region, Frankfurt). No record leaves the secured audit environment; AI models run within this environment and customer data is not used to train public models.

How long does it take to get started?

An intro call takes thirty minutes. With kanQ DD, starting with a single tenancy takes around two weeks from handover of the documents to the findings. With kanQ PM, the effort on the customer side is one workshop and two review rounds.

Real estate data lives in many places – in the system, in the contract, in the addendum, in side lists, in the filing system. Each source is maintained on its own, but together they rarely form a consistent picture.
